Who we are
The website strat-agent.ai is operated by LTG, the company that develops STRATAGENT. This policy describes what information is collected when you browse the site or contact us, what it is used for, and your rights regarding it.
What information is collected
- Enquiries you send. When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, including a request for a password, we receive the details you chose to send: name, organization, contact details and the content of the enquiry.
- Access cookie. When you enter a password for one of the systems on the site, a technical cookie is stored in your browser so you can keep using the systems without entering the password again. The cookie is not used for advertising or tracking.
- Access log for restricted systems. For systems that are accessible by personal invitation, the time of entry, the access identifier and the IP address are recorded, for security and access control.
- Server logs. The site's hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request, to operate and secure the site.
The site does not use advertising cookies and does not run third-party tracking or analytics tools.
What the information is used for
To answer enquiries, to grant and manage access to the systems, and to secure the site and the systems. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party marketing.
Sharing information
Information is held by the service providers that operate the site for us, such as hosting and database services, and only to the extent needed to operate it. Information will be passed to any other party only if we are required to do so by law.
Retention
Information is kept for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may ask to review the information held about you, to correct it or to delete it. Requests can be sent to info@strat-agent.ai.
Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The binding version is the one on this page, as of the date of the last update. Where the English and the Hebrew versions differ, the Hebrew version prevails.
